Digital downloads are digital only. No physical item will be mailed or shipped. Colors may vary slightly between monitors, printers, paper types, inks, and other materials. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the file type, size, resolution, and format are suitable for their intended use before printing or creating a finished product.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased image files. Ownership and copyright of the original artwork and digital files remain the property of Decoupage Digital Designs.

Unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing, purchased designs may be used for personal projects and for creating physical finished products for personal use or small-business commercial sale. Examples may include printed signs, cards, tumblers, apparel, ornaments, crafts, home décor, and other finished physical products.

The digital artwork itself may not be resold, shared, copied, gifted, traded, distributed, uploaded to file-sharing groups, or made available to others in its original or modified digital form. Files may not be sold as digital downloads, clipart, sublimation files, PNG files, SVG files, printable artwork, digital paper, design resources, or incorporated into another digital collection for resale.

You may not claim the artwork as your own, register the artwork or any substantially similar version as your copyright or trademark, redistribute the original files, or use the files in a way that allows another person to extract or download the artwork.

You may not use the artwork for mass production, wholesale manufacturing, large-scale commercial production, or licensing to third parties without obtaining separate written permission or an extended commercial license from Decoupage Digital Designs.

Unless specifically permitted in the product listing or through a separate commercial license, the files may not be uploaded to print-on-demand or marketplace services where third parties manufacture and sell products using the artwork. This includes services where the artwork itself becomes the primary value of the product.

Digital files are licensed to the original purchaser only. Please do not share purchased files with friends, family members, customers, Facebook groups, crafting groups, cloud-sharing folders, or other businesses.

If another person wishes to use the design, they must purchase their own license or copy.

Digital downloads are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered on digital purchases under any circumstances — including accidental purchases, change of mind, printer or software issues, colour variations, or incompatibility with your equipment. If a file will not open or download, please contact us and we will re-send it.

Physical items (printed sheets, 3D toppers, frames): if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the shipping date. We will make reasonable efforts to help — a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

Customers are responsible for having the appropriate software, equipment, knowledge, and printing services required to use the purchased files. Please verify that your software and equipment support the file format included with your purchase before ordering.

All artwork, graphics, designs, previews, photographs, product images, and digital files remain the intellectual property of Decoupage Digital Designs. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright or ownership. You are purchasing permission to use the design according to the license provided.

Copyright infringement, unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, file sharing, or resale may result in termination of the license and may be subject to applicable legal remedies.

Decoupage Digital Designs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The terms applicable to your purchase are those in effect at the time of purchase unless otherwise required by law.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital file from Decoupage Digital Designs you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
